"My host in White Center told me this was her favourite place for Vietnamese cuisine. Lucky for me, I was craving that exact thing. I got dinner from Pho 99 two nights in a row, and though I got the same dish both times, I've heard that everything on their menu is pretty awesome. <br/ <br/ It's a famous place in the area, and the ambience is nice. Photastic!. One of my frequent stops for PHO. The broth is perfect -no water fillers! Generous portions of beef and a many varieties! Best PHO in my neighborhood!

It's always a good sign when a place is packed with families during lunch and dinner rush. I go through phases where I eat here 1-2x week then give it a rest. Staff are genuinly friendly and always make me feel welcome.
