I ordered their House Pho. While I was at the counter placing my order, my shoes were sticking to the floor. When I got it home, which was less than 5 minutes, my Broth was so cold that it had a thick film of grease on the lid of my container. The slices of steak still had ice on them. To top it off the other beef had a rancid smell and taste in my mouth and I almost barfed. They were nice about giving my money back but I will never eat there again!
