"It is very difficult to impress me with pastries and baked goods, grew up in a family "by scratches" and had a small bakery. All I can say is WOW! I can only hope everything is as great as my strawberry. A delicious, buttery, slightly sweet and crispy tart dish filled with pastry cream and glazed strawberries for you to eat the whole yourself! Yum! I also had a fresh Gruyere and ham salad that was nice. The dressing was pretty good."
