"if there were no stars, that would be a better assessment. eating is like something they would see on gordan ramsey’s kitchen nightmares! how literally everything in the restaurant is older than my mother. I actually asked her about this place and she said she was supposed to go here in the 20s. I'm not 70 years old. so the decoration and ambiente was as old and antique as a lap phone. teppich is old and colored looking. kind of. nothing has been refreshed since they opened. all our foods looked microwave and not fresh. the waitress tried to force a false order on a person in our party. After 4 try to do this, she finally gave up and went back to the kitchen to correct the error. which was...

great experience for our first visits in pitchs. our host was great and attentive. kudos sir, the bartender immediately came to our high top to serve us. very impressive and welcoming, and our table was ready before the time, despite busy .big sales! they were busy so that we did not wait the short for the food. incredible perch fry and ripen, and the portions they will not want to leave dessert! I loved it!

I don't usually make any reviews unless it's really good or really bad. that is, this place is something special. I'll tell you first, when you come in, it smells like coward. but that lets them know that this place has strung. they received special offers daily and free parking on the street on the back. this place is a true jewel. three generation owners (jimmy current owners) made me feel welcome. you owe yourself to experience the history of milwaukee. had the 8oz filet and huh cesar salat.

"let me start from the moment I arrived, until the moment I went, I was treated so well by all the staff. this place has a deep feeling, and that was an experience you can get nowhere else. the host who took our beverage order donna was so incredibly friendly and up to the earth, it felt like making a new girlfriend. the waitress we had (I can't remember her names, but she had dark hair and a fan to make sure she wasn't heated over while serving that I thought was an incredible idea) was exceptional at point and friendly. she made sure we took care of every moment when she noticed something was running low on our table. we were so comfortable with her, we could talk about everything! she was amazing! they start at the bar where they can order a drink and plan their order. Once they have ordered their food, they close their tab at the bar and then they are moved to their edible for their meal. they get a radishes board that includes sweet, pickel, olive and paprika. it was a delicious start and is free with its meal along with brot and salat. my coworker and I ordered both a rib eye. we shared a side of creamy spinat and sparing (the side orders are more than enough to share I did not want my steak rare or medium rare, but in between, and the boil nailed it. the outside of my steaks was perfectly presumed with a delicious crust. the au jus was a bit salty for my pleasure, but it has improved the taste of the steaks. my steak was perfectly boiled where it melted in the mouth with little wall on chew. I almost cried, that was good. I was so incredibly impressed by all the experience, I will be more than happy to make sure that I have this restaurant every time I have to say to wisconsin (I am from ohio but travel to wi for the work the only thing I have to tell the owners are: bravo"
