Never in my life experienced a hair in my food until today. Called the store and was told that it's a distributor issue because they do not make the dough, only stretch it out. Was given a credit, but not sure I will go back for a while. I can't doubt the managers claims because it was baked into the dough and not simply on top of it. Still you can see it for yourself and can be the judge.

In regards to the gentleman Robert working this morning, October 25, 2022. This gentleman was truly amazing. I feel that he went above and beyond I ordered online and for some reason two of my pizzas did not go through on the order he promptly made my pizzas and got them out for me right away no delay, also he kept my other food in the warmer while I waited. He was very polite and kept me updated the entire time. He was a perfect example of exemplary Customer service.

Idk if it's just me, but the quality of pizza hut has severly fallen. Today was the last issue I will have with them. I ordered for delivery and wasn't informed even once that Door Dash was delivering my food. I got a text messaging saying they picked up my order. I was not able to leave a tip bc I didn't have any cash on me. The driver said I could leave a tip on the app but couldn't find anything. This is simple information every customer that gets delivery should be informed of. From now on I'm going to Dominos or Papa John's.
