Once the wrong food was delivered, once it was delivered half an hour before the fixed time when nobody was home, and the waiting times are often 15 minutes even though the shop is empty. Today we've been waiting for over 45 minutes for an order that we placed three hours ago and had a fixed time! My recommendation is the Liebocher Kebaphaus: unfortunately no delivery, but perfect service and the tastiest kebab in the area."
