"We were visiting from Texas. We had been driving around looking for somewhere nice to eat. We read reviews on line about Forc and gave it a try. Yes. It's pricey BUT...we're in vacation. We wanted good food. Boy did we get it! The manager was very accommodating even though we didn't have reservations on a Friday night. There were 7 total. I had lamb...so delicious! We shared the bone marrow and roasted oyster plate it was very good. Husband had the ahi tuna and butter head lilikoi dressing salad. He loved his meal! Son had steak. Brother had grilled pork chop, with roasted purple yams, we all tried a little here and there. It was all delicious!!! Mt husband actually said he'd come back to F...

Delicious birria tacos packed full of meat. So flavorful. The consumme was so beefy and bright that we ate the rest of it with leftover rice from another meal!

burrito is over price for what it is, it is rather bland and the dominant flavor/ingredient is fried beans, I could hardly tasted anything else.FYI, the truck is located at Waimea Midweek Farmers Market.

We had two excellent meals at FORC on our trip to the Big Island in July. We were two couples traveling together and we ordered all food family style so we could try more dishes. EVERYTHING was excellent! Started with goat tacos, the farmer salad and Maluhia salad with delicious Lilikoi dressing. We tried three of the entrees. The rib eye was the best we had on the island, and the miso grilled fish was excellent, but the biggest hit was the whole roasted fresh fish for 2. It actually fed 4 with some to take home! We loved it! We also really enjoyed the roasted sweet potato and garlic fried rice. The staff was great and the cocktails were delicious!

"We stopped at the Brewhaus for dinner on a Sunday evening. Based on other reviews, I asked about getting a burrito with tofu. The waitresses response was You won 't get any tofu here . They were out of guacamole so the options seemed more limited. I ordered the black bean and rice burrito, hold the cheese. The burrito comes with a dish they call won bok slaw . I asked if the slaw was vegan and the waitress said she believed it was but would mark the order as vegan and check with the chef as he was very knowledgeable about vegan food. She never got back to me. A different waitress delivered the food, I again asked if the slaw was vegan. She said that it contained no meat. I asked if it contained any dairy or mayo. Her response No, it 's vegan, it 's a honey mustard dressing. (clearly not vegan). Some of the people in our group ordered food that should have included guacamole. There was no compensation offered (we ordered chips and salsa which could have been offered in leu of the guacamole or they could have reduced the amount they charged us). Speaking of the chips, they were not very tasty. They were slightly burned and had no salt. I had to flag down a waitress to get salt. I really wanted to like this place. The food we got was pretty good but it sounds like the options for vegans have diminished over time. The wait staff was not very accommodating. No one came by to check if we needed anything or if we wanted refills on our water."
