"We’ve ordered from this Pokémoto location many times. Over the past 6 months, our orders have had consistent issues (i.e. missing items, wrong items, and food being overly greasy/sauced).My wife has an allergy to onions. We never choose onions and explicitly ask restaurants to exclude regardless of our order. The staff still managed to include onions in our order today.I understand this location processes many orders every day, but this is unacceptable. You need to be better. Educate your staff or pay them better wages if they feel too burnt out to notice."

Ordered through Doordash. They messed up my order by switching out ahi tuna with spam. There was very little sauce. And the rice was hard like it was made days ago.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I waited 10 minutes before someone came to the front to help me. The employee was absolutely rude, and they were out of white rice and creamy miso, and the brown rice was crunchy and overcooked. Overall a negative experience.

I’m not from New Haven but my in laws are there. This will be my go to spot every time i visit. Already looking forward to next Sunday. I got the poke bowl with 3 proteins. He then asked me what else i wanted in it and then mixed it together. The taste was everything. I highly highly highly suggest you try this place. The employees were nice too.
