"friendly service and cheap plates of food, nothing dramatic or gourmet, it's rice and black beans with very dry salty chicken. the tables always look messy and there's never anybody cleaning the dining room, so I get take out only. don't do drive-thru, it's painfully slow. go inside and order it there, they do get the orders wrong so look at everything before you leave. a cheap plate of food with less grease than ordinary fast food."
