"I have an online order... Ordered 3 sandwiches for my family plus 2 chips and a potato salad. I wanted to pick up the order and I was told to check the bag before I left. I didn't. I really should have because who did the job, I didn't care what pages I ordered. I immediately called the store when I came home and asked for a refund of the pages that were not included. I was told to call the next day and the employee seemed confused about what to do. She called her manager and I heard that the manager says there's nothing I can do while the employee told me that the situation is being treated. Service was good, but then there was only me to eat here again. The meatball was terrible! An 8 in sub and medium drink for $12 and I only eat half the rest in the garbage. Fear to try other sandwiches, but maybe another day

I never leave reviews, but wanted to comment on the excellent customer service in this place. Once I got in, I felt welcome and comfortable. The employees pretended they really loved their job and had positive attitudes. It's hard to find this today, so it's refreshing. These are the little things! Sandwich was good?
