"I dined in at this restaurant and the food wasn't served hot. There weren't enough chips with the nachos order, especially since a third of them were wet and inedible straight out of the bag. There seemed to be more black bean fluid than actual black beans. The staff weren't friendly and the tables were dirty. The portions were small for the price, which has increased, and the chips that weren't wet were stale. The Florence location is much better."

The service was excellent. The young man was very friendly. However, the food was disappointing. The chicken in my bowl was crispy but the rice was hard with every bite.

love qdoba but this place is not. I understand, miss prawan was understaffed, but this is not an excuse to ask with an employment what they want and then stare in my soul while I try to decide.

I ordered the chicken street tacos, but the chicken was cold and the corn tortillas were undercooked. My wife got the steak and shrimp bowl, but the shrimp was chewy and overcooked, and the steak was dry. Our lunch was unpleasant and left us feeling disgusted.
