"I visited the restaurant today, September 17th, around 2:30 PM, and I had a disappointing experience with one of the staff members. This is the second time that it has happened to me. She engages in conversation and distracts you, but fails to provide your receipt. It's frustrating because I miss out on points for rewards because of this. I won't be returning as long as she's working there. I can't help but feel like she might be keeping the receipts to scan for free food."

I'm sorry to say that I had a negative experience at this restaurant. I wasn't able to order a sandwich, and I felt that my ethnicity played a role in that. Additionally, the staff member who assisted me was quite rude, and I sensed a bias in her demeanor. I would advise caution if you're from a similar background.
