"Nice to have a ramen option in Alameda. Came at lunchtime on a Monday (yes, some place open on Monday! . The Shoyu ramen didn't disappoint. A hearty bowl with two pieces of pork chasiu, bamboo shoots, nori, egg, fish cakes, lotus roots and a nice serving of ramen in the light soy sauce broth. Good comfort food dish."

Tantanmen was rich, satisfying, and packaged very well. The noodles and bowl come in a to-go ramen bowl and you just need to pour the broth in. Would order to-go ramen from here again.
