"update 6/26/22.: google asked me to update this, so I am. we went there today and managed to sit right away. what is probably not updated in this review is that we have waited with the restaurant half empty to take place. I finally started to go next to applebee. we sat right now. I don't know if that's because they hired more people or because the place wasn't crowded. the waitress has done a great work (the waitresses have always done a great job here) that eating was decent with a take. the cheese for the Brezel-Bissen-Attizer was actually cold. I will increase the rating up to 4. before being my favorite until they fired my favorite waitress for a single customer complaint. eating is in...

I love the red robin this special place. the customer service is wonderful, the hosting servers are so friendly. we come to eat exactly what this restaurant is best known for their delicious mouth watering castles! red robin never disappoints my taste buds. Come back soon!

I love the Red Robin this particular location. The customer service is wonderful the hosting servers are so very friendly. We come to eat exactly what this restaurant is best known for their Delicious mouth watering burgers! Red Robin never disappoints my taste buds. Will return again soon!

Recently visited this restaurant and was seated immediately, despite it being half empty. In the past, we have experienced long waits even with open tables. The service was good, as it usually is, and the food was decent except for the cold cheese with the pretzel bites appetizer. My rating is back up to 4 stars, although it used to be my favorite spot until they fired my favorite waitress for just one complaint. The remaining wait staff does an excellent job. However, there is a warning about a rude staff member at the front who has been causing issues with seating customers. It seems like they are trying to drive customers away, which is disappointing.
