We were a party of 4 after being at the Scooper Bowl. So we were partially full on ice cream. A few minor disappointments like a drink was not available and we were never supplied with the standard utensils and napkins so we had to ask for them, and they were brought to us right away. But otherwise, the service and food were very good, and in fact we all remarked how this Red Robin at Patriot Place was much better than the Braintree location. This was my first and probably only time at Patriot Place, so this experience helped give me a great first impression. There were a few blunders with my order, but that's my fault for not knowing better, still tasted good though.

This place made me sad. I usually don't like posting negative reviews, and that wasn't easy. The frits were boiled, the onion straws were boiled so that they were dry and almost tasteless. On my burger the bungalow was of less quality than a basic role from Shaw's. Whoever is worth their salt knows that a good sandwich starts with good bread, or it ends in dissatisfaction. The service was unpleasant and unpleasant. I don't know why. The atmosphere was entertaining and quiet the end of the summer, which was good. But everything in all was the only joy to be for me, in my slightly watered Coca Cola. Next time I need a decent Burger type of meal, I'm with 5 guys, or maybe Wendy's or Tasty Burge...
