"The 300-400 year old chalet sets the mood for this delightful meal. Made with all local ingredients, the culinary expertise of the surrounding area is evident. The local beer selection was extensive as were the cheeses. I would strongly recommend the Ochsen platter paired with the Eichhof Helles lager.
