"I moved to Beaufort two years ago and made this fine dinning establishment a regular visit. Their food is top notch, nothing on the menu will not make you finish the plate and be happy with your choice! However, they do have their own way to prepare things and they don 't Iike to change from the menu. An odd choice to me is their delicious Blackened Mahi-Mahi (so good) topped with a black bean and corn salsa (so bad). This fish is difficult to cook and keep it moist. So, often a restaurant tops the fish with a favorable moisture rich sauce to add to the overall palate. However, the bean and corn covering was as dry as the fish!! Not good. Not good at all. Wish they would try a little finess...
