"All but one of our party of 6 were first-time Saffron diners and all five were converted to Saffron believers after our recent visit. We over-ordered to try lots of dishes, and to satisfy the vegetarians, including the samosas, aloo gobi, saag paneer, roasted eggplant, chili paneer, bindi, tandoori lamb chops, tandoori chicken, and tandoori shrimp. Every dish was spot on and a hit with each diner. We enthusiastically anticipated our next day’s lunch of leftovers. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient. Although it’s not really convenient to where we live, and we have several Indian restaurants within a few minutes of our home, Saffron is now “OUR Indian restaurant.”"
