"The Turkuaz is a small but fine Turkish snack in the middle of the main street of Biebesheim. The restaurant is very stylishly decorated in turquoise and white. They will be kindly received and feel good. I ordered a Döner Kebap and was asked at the compilation what I want to have. Additional Peperoni as an additional request were no problem. It was served on a very beautiful and modern dish and placed on the square. The kebap tasted very delicious, was well seasoned and tasted wonderfully fresh. The Dönerbrot was simply not baked to cherry and not too soft. With 4 euros, what is absolutely justified for the Döner in this area. The only thing I have to do was many dough crumbs on the tables of the guests who had previously visited the restaurant. That can happen if a lot happened, but when I got in, I was the only customer. There's a star trigger. Conclusion. A bright, tasteful and beautifully prepared interior, friendly staff and delicious fresh food. You like to come back."

"Absolutely disappointed... A pizza should be made if the cheese or the covering is from the sheep or goat! It is very annoying when you order this for the reason that you do not eat both. And then this is on it... so honestly... who suspects it in a hawaii pizza... and the Börek is normal... I just don't understand..."

"Als ich im Januar hier aß, freute ich mich zunächst auf meine Pizza. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 15 Leuten hier. Die Bedienung reagierte sehr schnippisch als sie die passende Reservierung nicht fand und schickte mich wieder raus mit der Begründung "Ich sei Falsch hier, es hätte niemand reserviert". Als jedoch mehrere unserer Gruppe nach und nach nachfragten, entdeckte sie die Reservierung in Ihrem Buch und entschuldigte sich nur kurz. Das Essen kam jedoch sehr schnell. Die Pizza war ok. Nichts besonderes, aber auch nicht schlecht. Allerding kam mir eine einfach Pizza mit Pilzen mit fast 10euro sehr teuer vor. Es gibt bessere Pizzerien in Gernsheim. Der Services ist nicht gut. Ich beobachtete am Nachbartische eine Frau auf Krücken, die sich abmühte auf den Stuhl zu kommen, und die Bedienung stand nur rum und schaute zu. Es wäre besser, wenn Sie ihr geholfen hätte, das gehört für mich zu guten Services dazu. Nur im Falle des absolute Notfalls würde ich hier nochmal essen. Der Service ist einfach nicht gut."

"Vorab zu erwähnen, dass man hier auf Unverträglichkeiten (Laktose, Gluten usw.) hervorragend eingestellt ist. Pasta gibt es glutenfrei....Bedienung selbst bei Stress stets freundlich, da stört es auch nicht, wenn es mal einen Moment dauert. Einrichtung ist angenehm. Die meisten Tische auch mit genügend Abstand (ich mag es nicht, wenn man dem Nachbarn auf die Schulter klopfen kann, was leider bei vielen Italienern so ist). Große Auswahl an italienischen Weinen. Zusätzlich zur Hauskarte gibt es auch die “Empfehlungen des Hauses“. Als Gruß aus der Küche gab es Oliven mit Brot.Hatten zur Vorspeise Rinder Carpaccio, hierzu wurde für meine Frau auch glutenfreies Brot gereicht.Hauptgang Rumpsteak und Filetsteak mit Bratkartoffeln bzw. Röstkartoffeln und mediterranem Gemüse. Beide Steaks sehr lecker, auch wenn das Rumpsteak eher durch statt Medium war. Wir saßen neben dem Durchgang zur Küche und konnten so auch einige Blicke auf diverse Pizzen und Salate werfen, die den anderen Gästen serviert wurden. Es sah vieles sehr lecker aus.Zum Dessert gab es Tiramisu und Panna Cotta. Gibt es woanders zwar unter Umständen nen Euro günstiger, aber ist diesen auf jeden Fall wert.Besuch ist zu empfehlen. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder."
