Stopped on our way to Colorado, wow! Food and service was amazing. The pork and brisket done to perfection. Even the sides,the potatoes and Mac and cheese delicious. Definitely recommend.

Update: this place has dramatically improved over the past couple years. It's always been good, but now it's great! I ordered sliced brisket, Mexican corn, and Mac and cheese. All of it tasted like it just came straight of of flavor town! If you're in the Paris area, and you enjoy good brisket; you should give School Bros a chance.
