"We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and wanted to try something different. So on the recommendation of a colleague we booked the Chef's Table at Shilling Canning Company. So glad we did. What a fantastic experience. 7 courses of amazing food with excellent pairings. Food was fresh with a major emphasis on local sourcing. Started with Karma Beet Salad then on to Fried Orchard Point Oysters. Followed up with Handmade Ricotta Gnudi and Pan Seared Pennsylvania Trout. Absolutely wonderful brunch! Delicious food, attentive and friendly service, nicely balanced and fun mimosas, and all way reasonably priced than a meal that good should be!

Great restaurant experience, will come back with more friends and family. The waiters were very attentive, and the steak fritters were amazing. The restaurant is definitely a home-styled one which is superb. I rate this experience four stars because of an interaction with one of the managers that was questionable; however, overall, the dining was excellent.

Come for the food, stay for the drinks! Had an absolutely great dining experience here, the food was tastefully delicious and the service was timely and very attentive to our needs. The cocktails served up here are on par with the best of them in the district. All this was just their brunch, so we’re really excited to be trying their dinner courses. FYI a twenty two percent service charge is automatically added to your bill regardless of party size.
