"Our first dining experience in Wilmington and it did not disappoint. I had the greggah/lobster roll, it was excellent. My son had wings also very good. Boiled shrimp for my daughter she finished every one plus fries and my 4 year old boy had corn dog nuggets, he finished every one. Wife had the low country boil, she said it was really good. And we split a dozen half shells could've eaten a dozen more. Fun atmosphere very nice and friendly people,definitely recommend eating here. So much so we plan on going again before returning home."

The seafood was fresh and very tasteful and the drinks (The Pain Killer) were also very tasteful. The staff was very friendly, the bartender gave recommendations to other companies that we can enjoy. Overall, the experience was fantastic. I would highly recommend Shuckin' Shack.

I've been to Carolina Beach many times but I somehow missed this treasure. These are the best oysters to be found in a great, unpretentious setting. It's wonderful to find a spot where you're not treated like a tourist and can relax among the locals. We're returning for an early dinner tomorrow. Everything served looked as great as the photos. The staff was very friendly and helpful, best of all!

I took it from here when I got out of town right in front of St Paddy's. The atmosphere was funny so I felt compelled to order a green beer and join the festivities. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food! The service was excellent and despite a large order during a busy hour the food came out quickly. The wings were particularly delicious, baked, fried and stuffed and remained crispy. It looks like a hole in the wall, but not sleeping at this point.
