"We normally love the swire inn.We had a reservation for 8:30 pm for Valentine’s Day to get their special prime rib dinner.Got a call at 8:15pm to inform us that they were out of food, except for pretzel bites or wings. We were expecting a prime rib or salmon dinner. This left us having to find somewhere to go at the time we should have been at the restaurant. Very disappointing that they didn’t prepare correctly for the amount of reservations they booked or let us know sooner so we could make other arrangements in a timely manner. Do not recommend if you need later reservations, go early in the day so they still have their offerings or go somewhere else."

"after waiting for the brunette to do with the people in the back. she turned around very rude, asked about the name, then turned around again to talk to the young in the back. a guy came into the window and said someone already picked up my order. she argued with him for a minute about the half of my order was in the window and then with someone else about what was on the order. Nobody told me what's going on. after a few minutes. I thought my order was not ready and went and waited in the car. after 15 minutes. just to find out that they had just put the order in the many after I was there more than 20 minutes. while I was in the load, the woman waited on the back again and again with everyone on the back. everyone I could see on the back stood around and nobody seemed to know or care what was going on. this load was great 2 months ago. it seems that they have to rebuild the entire personal. very unprofessional?"

"I know they are trying their best, but we have never had a good experience here. You?d think after personally complaining to corporate (which i hate doing, for real) and so many negative reviews they?d improve, but i guess not. Tonight they neglected to tell us that their steam wand was broken, and both of our drinks were cold when one was hot. They both tastes like water, mocha, coffee, and syrup . Gross. I asked for a sugarplum latte, not iced coffee with sugarplum (for clarification). I?m honestly flabbergasted that the store is still open."

"The restaurant was clean bathrooms great but we are traveling today with our camper and cat. So we needed to get our food to go. I go in ordered 3 beef and cheddars get back on the expressway and no dressing on our sandwiches so disappointed. Do you need to ask for it now? We haven't been for a while. So I don't know"

"Love this place!! Love the food, only thing that is ever a question is the chicken tenders. Sometimes they’re great, sometimes they are over cooked, when they are cooked right best chicken tenders around. Except you don’t know when that will be."
