"I have ordered from here many times, and prefer the build your own poke bowl best value for your dollars! Very generous portions of fish, and many topping options, all of which are always incredibly crisp and fresh. Tip: dont get the brown rice! Its never very fresh. Stick with white rice here!"

Not only is the food amazing but the people who work there TRULY care about their food. They talk to every customer in a warm and inviting way. They create wonderful food and are really cool people. Ive recommended this place to friends!

Im never one to bash but this was horrible. Drinks tasted like pure dish soap, ramen was mediocre, meat over cooked, broth has way too much msg, oversalted, ajitama very sweet, sushi 6/10 but will not be ordering here again. Too much wrong to outweigh the good.

"first I must start with the fact that this written review is long overdue, but I can say that my friends, family, and I have traveled over vidalia since my man had our high time there this past september. my man and I agreed early in our engagement that we wanted to have a high time that felt intimate and romantic and food that everyone would really enjoy and delivered vidalia on all accounts! the owner, chef Koch salvatore, worked with us to cut a special menu for our event of all our favourite dishes, create an intimate atmosphere in the outside and inside areas, and coordinated delivery times with all our external sellers. When we arrived, we were blown away by salvatore and his personal, and that was before we even had one bit! Now, the food, the people still come to me months later and explain how amazing it was to eat! Of course, eating after the cure was tasteful and fresh (not that tasted as if it were an hour under a heat lamp that is typical for larger events, such as high times). eating was almost an additional heartpiece, as it was so nicely prepared and it family-style encouraged talk between our guests. my man and I are looking forward to celebrating all future jubilee celebrations in vidalia, but I don't think I can wait eight months before salvatores hühnerrolletino again! tbl: if they are looking for an intimate venue or just want to enjoy a delicious dinner, vidalia it is! chef salvatore and his coworkers are not disappointed."
