"Well I've been going to Spotlight 29 for almost 20 years. I truly don't agree with their customer service most of the time. Today I ordered food from Tap 29, the restaurant, at Spotlight. I hate the fact that I'm charged 20 percent gratuity when I'm ordering food to go. That truly doesn't make sense. It is what it is. I had a young lady named, Andrea, help me. I just wanted to let everyone know what a pleasant experience I encountered. Andrea, was very welcoming. Her customer service went above and beyond her call of duty. Too many changes. Machines way tight,, Food comps, way down. Used to be a fun time. The bar manager is so rude and nasty. Used to go once a month, its no longer worth the drive.
