"Well I've been going to Spotlight 29 for almost 20 years. I truly don't agree with their customer service most of the time. Today I ordered food from Tap 29, the restaurant, at Spotlight. I hate the fact that I'm charged 20 percent gratuity when I'm ordering food to go. That truly doesn't make sense. It is what it is. I had a young lady named, Andrea, help me. I just wanted to let everyone know what a pleasant experience I encountered. Andrea, was very welcoming. Her customer service went above and beyond her call of duty. Too many changes. Machines way tight,, Food comps, way down. Used to be a fun time. The bar manager is so rude and nasty. Used to go once a month, its no longer worth the drive.

Thanks for the true promises to gave rewards free play on March...Thanks for cash back.....This times the slot machines most is restricted paying out,tightly only losess thought machines these lock down empty .What did the Casino upgrade as last week..Slots machines swallow more .Three times didn't pay back
