"in every respect there was a complete disregard for quality control. I ordered a decaf caramel band crunch and they gave me one with caffeine. I have a heart condition where my heart rate is very high anyway, so I was in danger of going into the emergency room if I had drunk the whole thing. I tasted it after the first swallow so grateful that I avoided a trip to the sick house. it was also more than half foam. my friend ordered her drachenfruit to drink and they filled the beaker completely with ice, so he is only worth about 1/4 of the beaker to drink when we paid the full $7 for a venti. also I have an impossible sandwich and the outside of the package was covered with cheese and fat. th...

it is always closed whenever I come, online it says that they close at 8 o'clock and I came there at 19:30 o'clock and they were already closed. their hours always change and the lobby is always closed. easier in the Smiths starters.

This location use to be awesome. For the last few months they have been HORRIBLE! We use to drive specifically to this location because they would always get our order right and were very kind. Nowadays all the employees have garbage attitudes on top of screwing up orders CONSTANTLY and acting like the customer is an inconvenience. It looks like I’m not the only one who is noticing the decrease in quality as many customers within the last few months have give 1 or less stars. I hope management can see this and either 1, hire people that care or 2, show this to their current staff and let them know that they should be offering way better service.
