"I went to Starbucks this morning. I had been crying for 30+ minutes on my way to work due to my cat having to be put down and decided to treat myself to a coffee. I ordered through the drive thru, and when I came to the window there was a short brunette girl with shorter hair. She opened the window and said “oh my god! You are so pretty!”. Amazing work! They made my drink perfectly, sandwich was perfectly heated, friendly staff and clean restroom. There's also a cool hand air dryer that looks like a faucet. Impressed!

Very busy and absurdly slow, even though with the impression that they had plenty of staff. But I know lots of people walking around does not necessarily mean they are all baristas. As I was sitting and waiting for 20 min, I noticed 2 or 3 orders came wrong, which only adds to the waiting time as the barista was trying to make the order right.
