"I recently visited Steamboat with two friends, and it was a new experience for all of us. Our server was very knowledgeable about the process and her menu recommendations were excellent. She guided us through the ordering and suggested that we try the Sapporo beers on tap instead of in bottles, which was a great decision! The shrimp balls and lamb skewers were both delicious. I highly recommend trying the half and half broth, which has a perfect balance of spiciness and mildness. We will definitely be returning soon!"
