Lasagne and band noodles with extra Parmesan were ordered. Spaghetti were delivered without Parmesan. Directly called, telephone reasons: band noodles are all! No pre-information! Reasons: It's Sunday and we can't call everyone who ordered band pasta dishes! (are certainly hundreds of dishes in the evening...; Lasagne sure taste, it wasn't mine. Money for missing parmesan has been refunded. (offered credit, as we no longer order at work.
