I visited the restaurant yesterday and had a very unpleasant experience with the "regional manager." She was extremely rude and rolled her eyes while my boyfriend was explaining how he wanted his sub. When he requested it toasted, she carelessly tossed the sub in and slammed the door. When he confronted her about her attitude—since she's been rude every time he visits—she kicked him out! If someone is so unhappy that they treat customers like that, they really need to find a different job. There are some wonderful employees there who are fantastic, but this particular woman should definitely go. Many others have also complained about her behavior!
