"The food is amazing. I don't see why people get upset over the service and setting. They all work as a whole to make sure you have what you need. The waiting staff get your drinks and then someone else brings the chips to help out. They always give us 10 to 15 to decide on what we want to eat. If it doesn't take that long, we call them over. The place is great and generally is packed all the time. So from time to time they make take a little longer to get a refill to the table, but it's because they are all working hard to make your meal a good one. If I could give it an overview all 10 star rating it would. They care whether or not you have a good meal and they food is fresh! Don't get me started on the salsa!! They make it FRESH AND HOMEMADE EVERYS single DAY! Absolutely love it. You can taste the ingredients every scoop! So go try them out and don't worry about these nit picking reviews. You will be glad you went."

"We were recommended to order from Papa's for our wedding at a local venue. Initially, we were impressed with the pricing and the delivery process. However, we were asked to provide chaffing dishes to keep the food warm, which was not mentioned beforehand. Despite our efforts to keep the food warm, the lack of chaffing dishes resulted in the food getting cold before the ceremony even began. Unfortunately, we ended up having to discard $300 worth of food. When we raised this issue with Papa's, we were given a poor excuse and no offer to make it right. This lack of accountability and customer service is disappointing, and has likely cost them future business recommendations."
