"We were looking for a place to dine in after visiting the Exotic Feline Compound and after googling and yelping we settled on Roberto's. The service was great and our orders were brought out quickly. Food was really good. Next time I'm in the area I will definitely stop at Roberto's."

"Made an order and paid online. I requested ranch which I knew was extra so I brought cash to pay for that. After handing the young man the cash for the ranch, he said my payment was cancelled. Confused he asked someone for help and she said, yes I cancelled your payment. Just pay for the pizza and ranch on your card . I asked if the payment was refunded and she said yes, then had me run my card again for the pizza plus ranch. It declined because the payment wasn 't refunded. She then said it would take 3-4 days for the cancelled payment to go back to my card. I 'm not sure why the payment needed to be cancelled in the first place as I already paid for my order and paid cash for the ranch. I ended up leaving the order there and going somewhere else, no resolution was offered. If I only had that $27 left in my accounts my kids wouldn 't have eaten that night due to her cancelling my payment. Please train your staff better. We usually enjoy this place, but are hesitant to come back. Still waiting on the refund to show up in our bank account."

"The youngsters that call this establishment their work place are usually rude. This time they were pleasant, but I ordered a jumbo jack with bacon. And I got home to find a jumbo jack with bacon. And no hamburger patty. I laughed. Then sighed. And went to bed hungry.-lol at Jack in the Box responding. I did what they said and no one contacted me. "Taco Bell is great but let's face it, it's filler food. But now, at these prices with all the competition,.. I'm finding more value for my money at other places. Four stars is probably still considered too high for Taco Bell but normally as a regular customer I would have given it five. Not today! Four is very generous"
