5 stars all around! All you can eat sushi is hard to find in Denver and this one is a hidden gem. The happy hour house sake is so good and it’s a clean and beautiful space! Love

Good value for all you can eat sushi and katsu. A nice variety on the menu of sushi, katsu, and other side dishes like seaweed salad, takoyaki, octopus salad, and gyoza. If you get the buffet, it doesn't include dessert, but you can order a la carte as well. Will definitely be back!

Sushi Katsu is one of the best sushi experiences I've ever had! Visit any of their locations and you will be treated with great service and prompt food delivery with delicious, high quality food! All you can eat sushi is REALLY all you can eat. Some places won't give you the full amount of what you order but here they do! The cost for all you can eat is about $25 for weekday lunch and $31 for dinner and weekend lunch +tax and tip of course). You can even get more than just sushi there are fried rice plates, appetizers, tempura, and even Korean BBQ beef ribs. There are only a few rolls that cost additional money, and most of the special rolls and tempura fried rolls are included in the cost....
