We got: Fresh Milk with Brown Sugar Boba and Egg Pudding (4/5): The boba is warm, chewy, and soaked in honey clearly fresh and one of the best in the Bay. Egg pudding flavor was very faint, almost couldn 't taste it. In terms of sweetness, I recommend getting 100% since it 's less sweet than I had expected. I normally get 75%/less sweet in my boba especially since egg pudding and brown sugar is already pretty sweet, so I decided to select 70% sweetness in my boba but I think it could definitely use more sugar."

First time trying this place! Clean, well lit, ordered through a computer screenOrdered strawberry mango yogurt ice drink was refreshing. Not too sweet!

Current BOGO deal is a steal! Depending on what you get, it's $7 8 for 2 drinks w/ toppings : I got the Uji Matcha w/ Crema which made the drink deliciously creamy and perfect for a good matcha craving : Service is quick and you order on a kiosk I like this because you can see your options. Also can order via app to apply BOGO. Seating is limited, but definitely a great spot to settle down with friends and catch up. Parking is plentiful but shared with many other shops in the complex, so may take a round or two to find something close by during peak hours.

I tried their brown sugar boba a while ago and really liked it, esp bc the sugar level is extremely as adjustable. This time, we saw the BOGO promo and decided to give them another try. We got the brown sugar taro milk and matcha latte. I wish the brown sugar taro milk came with a hot option (saw on Yelp reviews that it did at one point) but unfortunately this time the guy behind the counter said no. I took it home and microwaved it and it was really good warm. Can't say the same for the matcha latte, was very watery and would not recommend.Parking: Very crowded parking lot in a shopping center with other restaurants
