the apartment was clean and the dame that served us was friendly. had to wait too long for the food. eating was okay, would have more salate and tomato to be better. the washrooms were something on the dirty side.

this 9th street taco bell is the best! we ordered from kiosk and still received excellent customer service from behind the counter. very friendly and helpful service here. despite the other reviews, we consistently receive ingenious service here every time within or through the drive-thru.

I used to live from the 9th street and always had great experiences at this place. the team here was always friendly and nice. the orders were always correct and fast. I've moved since then and discovered that this place is by far the best in Kalamazoo/Portage! I had nothing but bad experiences from the two locations westnedge and W.Main. from a 45min waiting time to give up always wrong each time on the other. I will like to travel out of my way to support this location and it is team! thank you!
