"Normally, I would give 5 stars. But something has changed at the west Frankfort taco bell. It's not been very fresh lately. Today, I picked up my lunch through the drive through. When I got back to work and started or tried to eat my lunch it wasabsolutely terrible. The cinnamon twist and the chalupa had a funky taste and smell. Like maybe bad grease that they were friedin. I also had a coworker try them and she confirmed they were terrible. I called taco bell and spoke to Mary. Mary was verydefensive and rude. She wasn't nice at all. So Mary told me to come tomorrow. So I guess I will go back and order somethingelse and see if it taste any better. Also, Taco bell needs to train Mary on her...

It was a Taco Bell. Cheap food fast. The meal was okay. But the Cinnabon bites were disappointing. They were overcooked and hard.
