"For some reason the service was super slow. We had to ask for water, we had to ask for clean plates and we waited for a long time for our food. The restaurant was not busy so I guess they may have been low on staff. However the manager was super smiley and also helping out with serving meals. I would go back as it is a nice place and the staff are friendly but it seemed there were less of them. The food was good."

It would be helpful if the wait person would come by to re-fill coffee mugs. Also, not sure why we need to ask for salt/pepper/catsup etc, this should be a no brainer. Generally speaking, your wait staff needs fuller training.
