"very disappointed. when they pay large dollar for eating and drinking, they expect impeccable service and eating. here is nothing special. waiter very distracted and unfriendly. we wanted to celebrate our annual day. 2 functions continue and very loud, loud and full. don't go to a nice quiet dinner here. the tables are too close together. back with the table next to us. capital grill a better choice. I'll never come back here."

"Service was terrible, that's the only reason they are getting 2 stars. Food was very good but I can count on one hand how many times we saw the waitress. We were literally the ONLY people in the dining area and we had to go find a waitress to get another drink. I had the shrimp scampi and it was awesome. I hope they fix their staff and then I will come back."

"You better believe the burgers are downright Yummy! I always go with the double being a frugal shopper, meaning more beef for your buck! I now have to add that their chicken sandwich may be the best I ever had! The family really wanted JFC for dinner and of course I caved. When you visit for lunch that same day and get a double burger and the absolute BEST fries in New England, it was in my best interest to get the chicken sandwich for dinner. It also happened to be free fry Friday with taco fries the selection of the week. Being a plain old fry guy, I decided to try them for dinner. I will now only get the taco fries and now must try the plethora of custom fries on the menu. BTW, this is a marketing grand slam in my opinion! I never ate fries with a fork but with how they load em up with goodness, it is a necessity! Thanks to Emmett for bringing his vision to Connecticut. The staff in Cromwell is downright amazing!!"

"Lived in town 20yrs, can't believe it took us so long to try this place. Service was fast and friendly, the food was great. The panini was the size of a dinner plate, the chicken parm grinder was put together perfectly with the right amount of sauce and delicious cutlets. The chicken wrap was fresh and delicious. Can't wait to try the pizza. We'll definitely be back for more. Meal type: Dinner"
