"The experience I had today at this restaurant was unbelievable. A customer returned a wrong order without wearing a mask, and both the cashier and shift manager handled the return meal while talking over it. The return meal was then placed back in the heating display. If it weren't for my mom paying attention, I wouldn't have noticed. When I spoke to the cashier about it, he said he was only following directions. I would not order here again if this manager is on shift as they are never pleasant. How can workers follow protocol if managers and owners cut corners for a profit? Also, the cashier's nose was not covered."
