"Unfortunately, it seems that TGIF is going through a decline. I used to enjoy eating there, but my recent experiences at different locations have been disappointing. This particular visit was especially bad. Our server, while friendly, seemed overwhelmed and took a long time to serve us. We had to repeatedly ask for basic items that were missing from our meals. Even after speaking with the manager, we only received our side dishes after everyone had finished eating. Additionally, there were issues with coupons being applied incorrectly, but I didn't have the patience to wait for it to be fixed. I usually have a high level of understanding when dining out, but this experience was exceptional...

A group of six of us went for a casual dinner after a show. We all enjoyed the appetizers we shared, they were excellent! My brother raved about his salad with arugula, red and yellow beets, pistachios, and creme fraiche, declaring it the best he's ever had. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The only downside was that we didn't realize it was a BYO restaurant, so we missed out on having a glass of wine or a few beers.

We went to Thea for the second time with our son and his wife. They ordered the arancini, as she is from Tuscany, and even with her high standards, they loved it. My wife enjoyed her pasta with seafood. Our son originally ordered the veal Milanese but they had run out, so he opted for the chicken Milanese and gave it high marks. We shared an orange cheesecake and coffee, both of which were delicious and generous in portion. The only hiccup in service was that they were short on chilled white wine buckets, so we improvised with ice around our BYOB bottle. Apart from that, our server and trainee took great care of us.
