Despite mentioning our reservation, she rudely informed us that they don't take reservations on holidays. Feeling hungry, we decided to wait and noticed several empty tables (likely due to short staffing) and the hostess being unfriendly to other guests. The customer service was lackluster, and our waiter was decent but not very attentive, possibly due to being short-staffed as well. Unfortunately, the food was not up to par, and the overall service was so poor that we do not plan on returning."
