"My wife and I were hungry for Thai food in Woodburn our new home town. ThaiWoodburn had the best reviews so we went there, not expecting a food cart. However, the food was good with friendly service. I love spicy food and I ordered the Drunken Noodles with level 5 spiciness and surprisingly, it was very spicy!"
