"I always look forward to dining at this Capital Grille location on St. Clair in Chicago. I live in Lakeview and try to dine here at least once a month with friends. The variety of steak, seafood, and poultry is always cooked perfectly. The staff always provides the best dining experience in Chicago. And this time was no exception. We decided to go on a Monday instead of a Wed-Sun night. Restaurants sometimes put their less experienced staff on a Monday or Tuesday night, but not Capital Grille on St. Clair. The service at this restaurant was exceptional, and the food was excellent. Our server, Hayley O'Toole, was awesome - she was helpful, accommodating, pleasant, and extremely professional. Despite servicing four additional tables in our area, our party of six received flawless service. We will definitely be returning.
