"The evening could have gone so much better. First we were brought another tables food. Second I received my steak and it was not cooked properly. I asked for medium and it was rare. It was taken back and my husband finished his meal before my plate was returned. Third the steak when it returned was still not cooked correctly. We were given a dessert but we still paid for a rare steak. We were also almost charged for drinks we did not order. The dessert was very dry and gave me the impression that it was either made somewhere else and frozen before serving or old and reheated. I did speak with the manager but feel like we could have been compensated so much better. Out of three visits to Central I have only had one good meal there. For the amount you pay for eating there I expect much better service and food."

"I've often used open tables and never had problems. We have booked Droad-Café by Open Table for Valentine's Day. I have a text from the open table per day or two after booking to confirm the date and time. When we showed up D Road Cafe, they said they had no record of us. They say that open tables do not communicate with them for reservations. This is a problem between the open table and the restaurant that needs to be repaired. The cartridge has no idea that they can't get a reservation."

"OVERALL THE FOOD IS GREAT IVE NEVER NOT WAS TREATED AND SERVED WITH ABSOLUTE OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE UNTIL TONIGHT I WENT IN WITH MY FIANCÉ AND THE GIRL THAT MADE OUR ORDER WAS OUT RIGHT RUDE .. we had no problem waiting until she finished the orders she was working on when we entered however as she was taking my order I saw that the ground beef was really low to the point she was scraping the container I asked was there any more ground beef she said to me “I can’t see” … VERY RUDE!!.. after having to decide on another choice of meat she passed my food down and the next person asked me questions was very patient and I also saw the lettuce was low as I said lettuce she said she had to get some and she did so… that’s the difference in good customer service that I witnessed tonight I didn’t have to ask the second girl anything she did her job and definitely took care of me and such a nice business with other positive workers shouldn’t and don’t deserve a bad review but I had to mention it. I’ll b back for the food and continue to express"
