This was a exceptionally well thought out app!! It had fresh corn in the batter and served with a maple butter sauce. It was crispy on the outside and tender and moist on the inside. Not doughy and cooked just right! Now the nachos were huge for our table of 6 BUT we took it in and cleaned the platter!! Always enjoy the good times here at the Griffon! The food is always appealing and delicious! The service is great and the ambiance of this place is cool! They have a bar inside and offer a ton of drink and food options! I promise you won't be disappointed when you come here! Ps... chicken fingers breaded are a good.... Even grilled ones are just as good! Very flavorful!!!!!

Service was excellent and friendly. They were fairly swamped so there was some slowness, but the server apologized for the wait, which is alot better than other places. You could tell that the server cared, and that is really a great quality to have and know. Food was quite different yet familiar. A chicken caesar salad, for example, comes in wedge format, grilled, with tomatoes. Chicken and waffles had the elements of sweetness (the waffle, the candied bacon) and saltiness (the pickle slaw) that made the dish outstanding and the flavors pop.
