"Hooray for excellence. Obviously run by people who really care, this small diner serves up fresh and delicious food made by owner, Mark, and perfectly served by lovely Jane in a cozy, happy space. We've been there twice. It even has a tree trunk in the front corner with lighted branches decorating the ceiling. Guaranteed any time we're in Jamestown we will most definitely make it to this really special restaurant on Allen Street. Sadly, these kinds of eating establishments are few and far between these days. Congratulations!"

"Went here for my ten year old son's birthday. Everything was fantastic despite they got the sushi order wrong. Kids didn't realize it anyway and loved it. Shhhhh. Everyone ordered a gamut of food from shrimp, filet, chicken and scallops. Everyone also got side noodles in addition the rice. Someone who usually doesn't like the ginger salad dressing even liked the salad dressing here. The show was absolutely fantastic by the chef. He was extremely engaging, fun, encouraging, and talented with a multitude of different tricks. He even acknowledged the birthday boy a bunch. The food was all cooked perfectly and there were very little left over to take home which says a lot. They gave the birthday boy fried ice cream with a huge candle In it along with a light show and music hahaha. Needless to say he wants to go back year after year now. Bathrooms and premises were clean."

"We are happy to live here in the western part of NY State. There are 3 Bob Evan Resturants with a 25 miles radius. One at Fredonia/Dunkirk, one in Jamestown and one at Warren PA. All three are very clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, the food is well prepared and cheap. My favorite is the cup of sausage sword and two cookies. I told the boss in one of the clubs I belonged to that he should go to Bob Evans and learn to make delicious cookies for his strawberry shortcake. For a good, fairly fast service eating, do not overlook Bob Evans. Orlo Bartholomew."

"It had been a while since I visited the Good Ole Steener's. After noticing the place is consistently rockin by 1:30 p.m. I was convinced it was time for a visit. This past fall I popped in on the Sunday Evening the Bills almost beat the Tom Brady the BUCS. There was maybe 10 customers there and i immediately felt at home. Bill's game was on and nobody minded my screaming and shouting for the Bills. The waitress was a sweetheart and Bartender Kerri was great. Ordered mama Steen's chicken Pecan Salad and the flavor balance was amazing. The salad was huge and the flavors contrasted perfectly. For sure 2 full meals in that salad if you have any self discipline for only $14.99. 4 star experience would be 5 stars with a Bills W."

"They never seem to be able to get my order correct. They have gotten it wrong over a dozen times. One time they even forgot to give me my slushy, so I had to wait in line again and drive around for an extra 20 minutes. They tried to tell me that the slushy was supposed to be a pure liquid. The employees are just average every time I come here. It seems like everyone is experiencing the same issues. The baguettes are now as small as a child's arm. There is hardly any dressing in my cup for my salad. I have been understanding when they are out of ingredients."
