"Raya Restaurant at the Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel provided a mixed experience for me. The hostess was friendly and the waiter was excellent, providing great service throughout the meal. I ordered the eggs Benedict and found them to be outstanding, with a delicious hollandaise sauce and perfectly poached egg. The buttermilk pancakes were also a highlight, fluffy yet dense in texture. However, the French toast was a disappointment as it contained pecans and raisins that were not mentioned on the menu. The waiter kindly removed it from the bill when we sent it back. The restaurant offers a fantastic view of the ocean. The service is super polite and attentive. Our breakfast was delicious, and the dishes were served promptly. Many thanks to the staff, especially Joel and Kody, who took care of us so well.

Food and drinks were good, but Jennifer was even better! She had amazing customer service and was very patient. She recommended some good choices and made sure we were satisfied at all times. Elizabeth did an amazing job as well. She was a sweetheart and always had a smile on her face. She made sure that we had everything at our table. Thanks Raya and thank you Jennifer and Elizabeth!

Staying in Ritz and obviously, a quick dinner option without leaving the hotel was Raya. But what a disappointment. We 've stayed here a few times and dined in at Raya, and every time, we thought the next opportunity would be better. I have to give them credit for consistency, keeping awful always. Skipped the appetizers as kids were getting tired and ordered 2 lemonade and bread and butter while our food gets ready. After a certain time, only one lemonade arrives, and only 3 meals out. It is disappointing that staff have zero communication, waiters can 't take orders, management thinks of taking care of you will fix everything. Don 't comp anything. Just do the things right
