"I hadn't eaten here for years and today's visit was a refreshing update. I tried a 2-day combo. The Chile Relleno was delicious, but could have used more sauce. The pork tamale was tender with pig shed. The rice was fluffy, the roasted beans delicious. After a break I later enjoyed a Brownie sunshade. I can never find good restaurant Carnitas, but I could try them here next time. The service was attentive. *On a side note, I appreciated cleaning. The tables were immediately deleted and wiped and the floors were scrubbed by rubbish, a task that can improve most restaurants."

Nice place with good people working there. I’ve eaten here since it opened that’s a lot of years. I love the fact that over all the years the Quality and flavors of the food has stayed the same!

Server GREAT. First to sit down in Hero Room, last to be served. Cooks put our ticket after 3 large parties. Had to keep asking where food was. Finally food arrived, and it was great. Prices have gone up ,(everywhere), but portions are the same. Expect long wait (popular), good service, and great food...and a big bill. Saw a lot of margaritas and cervas being consumed during the long waits.
