Staff didn't seem to work together very well, communication seemed limited in the kitchen. Biggest complaint are the length of time it takes to get served and the mistake on the order. I got a burger from polka dot with the new owners and had a good experience. Toasted bun and overall pretty good burger. Patty is on the small side and there was a LOT of lettuce but the flavor was there. Very friendly front staff, as opposed to the difficult staff of prior years. I will be back to try other items.

I worked at the polka dot under the previous owners and the difference in quality and taste is astounding. The new owners are amazing. The eight armed chef group has made “fast food” into a gourmet meal. The fried chicken and chicken tenders have an amazing crisp to each bite. By far, the best chicken tenders I have ever had. Definitely a must when you come to town! The fried potato salad, fresh coleslaw, and jalapeño poppers are tooooo gooooood.
